Not to worry! We’ll have a detailed, pre-recording day conversation where I’ll ask about your field, ideal audience, and what you want to achieve with your video. This will give us a roadmap for your focus and your words.

No problem! If you pause or lose your place, I’ll guide you gently back on track when you’re ready. Because the audio is edited afterward, you can focus on sharing your words in your own way, and in your own timing.

The session usually lasts 60–90 minutes. Finished pieces are typically 2–5 minutes. Editing takes 1–2 weeks. Deadlines can be accommodated if needed. Once delivered, the video is ready for immediate use.

Yes! You’ll have the opportunity to review the audio and the video drafts before they are finalized. If something feels off or you’d like a small adjustment, we refine it.

Anywhere you’re comfortable! The recording is done remotely using your computer or smartphone—no technical skills needed. You can be at home, at work, or anywhere you feel relaxed.

Not at all. A computer with a stable internet connection or a smartphone works perfectly. Headphones or earbuds are necessary—wired ones give the best sound. No complicated setup required.

Yes! Regardless of whether you use your computer or your Smartphone for the recording, you’re connecting through the internet—not your cellular service. We use professional podcast-grade software that captures high-quality audio directly from your device.
No downloads, no installation—just click a link and we begin.
The result sounds clear and studio-like, not like a phone call.

Headshots, professional portraits, candid shots, or personal photos. Portraits can be retouched and optimized if desired.
If you only have a print and no access to the original digital file, a hi-resolution scan will need to be made.

You have several options:

  • You can have a portrait taken by a local photographer.
  • If you live or work locally to Sarasota, I or a colleague can create a portrait for you.
  • If you’re feeling comfortable or adventurous, you can use your smartphone and experiment with taking Selfies. I guide you through the process here. (Or, you can ask a friend to use this same guidance to take some photos of you.)
